Lauralynn Pacini

Lauralynn Pacini has held several roles in the product innovation field since 2012. Lauralynn began their career at Guess by Marciano as an Assistant Manager in 2012, where they were responsible for managing both high and low volume locations. Lauralynn then moved to Orchard Private Labelling in 2014, where they held the roles of Senior Product Developer and Project Manager for Loblaw's private label cosmetics and hard lines program 'Joe Fresh', as well as Project Coordinator. In 2017, they joined The Honest Company as a Product Innovation Strategist and Management Consultant. Most recently, they have been with Skylar since 2018, where they have held the roles of Director of Product Innovation, Senior Product Innovation Manager, and Product Innovation Manager.

Lauralynn Pacini's education history includes a General Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in Arts from 2007 to 2011, a Graduate Certificate from Humber College in Fashion Management and Promotions from 2012 to 2013, and a Fashion program from George Brown College from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Smart Serve certification in 2010 and a WHMIS certification.
