Geoff Mulligan is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) and digital innovation. As the Founder of GCM Labs, which focuses on developing IoT technology for Elder Care, Mulligan is currently in stealth mode. Geoff serves as the IoT Practice Lead at Skylight Digital LLC, leading efforts in designing and implementing interoperable IoT solutions for government clients. Additionally, Mulligan holds the position of CTO of IoT at Jabil, focusing on new business opportunities within connected devices. Geoff previously served as Chairman of the LoRa Alliance, significantly expanding its membership and influence. Mulligan's background includes roles as a Presidential Innovation Fellow at The White House and leadership positions in various startups and established companies, including founder roles at HZ.com and Geocast, as well as directorial positions at Invensys. Mulligan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
