Mary Yeh

Mary Yeh is an experienced Senior User Researcher currently working at Skylight, a digital consultancy focused on enhancing public services through design and technology. Previously, Mary held senior UX researcher roles at Redfin and EchoUser, where contributions included strategic insights for user growth and qualitative research studies across various industries. Mary has also managed operations and developed educational programs in the youth services sector. An educational background includes an M.A. in Museum Studies from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in Art History and French from UCLA, supplemented by a UX Design Certificate from Designlab.
