Isobelle Ford has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Isobelle is currently a Head of Community Ventures at TERN - The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network, where they manage recruitment, marketplace opportunities, and early-stage finance for the network's community of refugee entrepreneurs. Prior to this, they held the position of Community Manager at TERN, where they were responsible for managing the community, running recruitment campaigns, tracking KPIs, managing partnerships, and overseeing social media and marketing strategies.

Isobelle is also a Co-Founder and Director at Skylight Ventures since 2020, and a Co-Founder at Anqa Collective since 2020. At Skylight Ventures, their role involves co-founding and directing the organization, while at Anqa Collective, they are involved in running Europe's first marketplace for refugee businesses.

Earlier in their career, Isobelle worked as a Marketing Manager and Founding Employee at SopranoVillas.com, where they played a key role in developing the business model and digital marketing strategy. Isobelle also managed HR, developed and managed the CRM, and oversaw the site content in multiple languages. Isobelle was also an Account and Marketing Manager at Romeloft.com, a Marketing Consultant at Roman Candle Tours, and a Content Specialist at LOVOO.

Isobelle has previous experience as an Account Assistant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, a Translator and Legal Assistant at Fordlittle Solicitors, and an English Teacher and Translator at Just! Venice. Isobelle'svarious roles have provided their with a diverse skill set and a strong background in entrepreneurship, marketing, community management, and business development.

Isobelle Ford completed a Bachelor's Degree in Modern and Medieval Languages (French and Italian) at the University of Cambridge from 2011 to 2015. In 2013 and 2014, they also studied Arabic Language and French Translation at Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia. Prior to attending university, Isobelle attended The King's School, Canterbury from 2008 to 2010, where they completed their A levels in Latin, History, French, and English Literature. Isobelle completed their high school education at Ashford Girls' School from 2003 to 2008.
