Carla Bowman

Carla Bowman, PHR, CPSP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Skyline Furniture since August 2023. Previously, Carla held the role of Human Resources Director for both the U.S. and Canada at ODL, Inc. from April 2021 to July 2023, and also served as the Regional Human Resources Manager during that time. At The Reynolds Company, Carla was the Human Resources Manager for FNA Mid-Coast Electric Supply, Inc. from December 2013 to March 2021, where responsibilities included employee engagement, benefits administration, compensation programs, and recruiting efforts. Carla's career began at Communication Network Design as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator from January 2006 to November 2012. Carla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
