Kelsey Roadfeldt has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2006, Kelsey worked as a Quality Improvement Associate at Millennium Medical Technologies, Inc. From 2008 to 2013, Kelsey held the position of Manager of Quality Systems at Hemosphere, Inc., where they successfully maintained the quality system and facilitated various audits and performance reviews. Following that, Kelsey worked as a Quality and Compliance Coordinator at Stylmark, Inc. In 2014, Kelsey became the Quality Assurance Manager at ValenTx, Inc., responsible for developing and implementing quality systems. In the same year, Kelsey also started working as a Team Leader and Educational Services Representative at Educational Development Corporation / Usborne Books & More, providing books to schools and fundraising for events. Kelsey Roadfeldt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in 2010. In July 2018, Kelsey also obtained the Certified Biomedical Auditor (CBA) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
