Daniel Birk

Daniel Birk has extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as the Owner and Manager of Eretz Capital LLC since May 2006. Additionally, Daniel has been a licensed Broker at Skyline Properties Inc since May 2013 and works as a Commercial Real Estate Manager for Russak Investments. Previously, Daniel held the position of President at BCMH Seattle from June 2013 to June 2016 and served as a Distressed Asset Portfolio Manager at Washington Mutual Bank from 2003 to 2006. Earlier in the career, Daniel was an Analyst at Greenwich Capital Markets Inc, where responsibilities included Bank Debt Trade Administration and Funds Control in the Treasury Department. Daniel earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Investment from Baruch College - The City University of New York between 1997 and 1999.
