Spiro Markatos has over two decades of experience in the construction industry. Spiro began their career in 1997 as the Vice President/Owner of Accura Restoration & Waterproofing, LLC, specializing in Local Law Facade repairs, masonry, roofing, and other services. In 2020, they joined Skyline Restoration Inc. as the Executive Vice President and later became the President in 2023.
Spiro Markatos attended Nassau Community College from 1994 to 1996. During this time, they did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Following their time at Nassau Community College, from 1998 to 2000, Spiro Markatos attended New York University, where they earned a degree in Construction Management.
