Ilan Smoly

Ilan Smoly has been working in the field of robotics since 2021, when they began their role as Senior Algoritms Engineer at Skyline Robotics. Prior to this, they were a Postdoctoral Student at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2017 to 2021. Before that, they were a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2010 to 2017.

Ilan Smoly received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and bioinformatics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from the same university in 2011. Smoly also completed full matriculation in Biology, General from Misgav in 2001.
