Previously, Mike held key positions including Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at American Residential Services, Chief Service Officer at Groundworks, and various senior roles at Direct Energy, a subsidiary of Centrica. As the Founder and CEO of QOREBOARD, Mike leveraged technology for team performance enhancement. Mike's background also includes significant experience at Comcast and McKinsey & Company, as well as entrepreneurial ventures, such as founding The Sofa Factory, Inc. Mike holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Duke University and a BA in Economics from California State University, Stanislaus.
