Anand Radhakrishnan has worked in the IT industry since 2003. Anand began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Syntel India Ltd. In 2004, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Analyst, where they were responsible for the development and maintenance of software for converting SS7-ISUP to IETF/LMSD SIP on the MSC-MSC interface. Anand also worked on the MSC involving various supplementary services like 3WC, CWT, CFD etc. In 2008, they joined Infosys Technologies Ltd. as a Senior Systems Engineer, and Wipro Technologies Ltd. as an Architect. At Wipro, they were involved in the complete feature development and maintenance cycle of 3gpp 48.008 specified, A interface over IP on the Base Station Controller, and the complete feature development and maintenance cycle of implementing Abis over IP support on the Base Station Controller. In 2013, they joined Nokia as a Software Development Specialist, System Specification Engineer, and SW Specialist. Currently, they are working at Skylo Technologies as a Principal Engineer - Core Network & Cloud and Senior Software Engineer - SCEF & Cloud.

Anand Radhakrishnan has a diverse educational background. Anand began their formal education at Christ Nagar English High School, where they obtained their ISCE in Biology in 1999. Anand then went on to pursue a Bachelors in Technology in Information Technology at the University of Calicut from 1996 to 2003. Anand furthered their education by completing a Master's Degree in Information Technology at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Anand Radhakrishnan has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Google Assistant: Building Actions (2020), Android Studio Essential Training 2018 (2019), Kotlin Essential Training (2019), Go Essential Training (2019), Learning Go (2019), Learning Python for Data Science, with Tim Fox and Elephant Scale (2018), Spark for Machine Learning & AI (2018) and Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki and Reaktor.
