Donnie Carter

Donnie Carter has a long and varied work experience. Donnie began their career in 2002 as a Software/Technical Support Representative at PracticeWorks, Inc., where they provided technical customer service support, software support, installation, maintenance, and acted as a help desk for clients. In 2004, they joined AT&T as a Mobility Network Ops Center Manager, where they acted as Project Manager for Center Breach Ticket Reduction, facilitated weekly regional conference calls to review CARE, Mobility, and Network metrics, and provided plans to improve results. In 2014, they moved to Cisco, assuming the role of Cisco-Jasper NOC Senior Network Engineer - Manager. In this role, they developed and implemented 24/7 NOC surveillance teams, created NOC policies and procedures for providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 network monitoring and management for Jasper Technologies and its customers, and developed methods and procedures for day to day operation of newly launched IoT network management team responsible for 24 X 7 global platform surveillance. In 2022, Donnie Carter joined Skylo Technologies as Network Operations Manager.

Donnie Carter attended Grand Canyon University from 2014 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General.
