Andy Rodriguez

Andy Rodriguez has held a number of positions in the telecommunications industry since 1995. Andy began their career at NahuelSat SA, where they worked as a Satellite Control Ground Station Manager and Control Ground Station Engineer from 1995 to 2007. Andy then moved to SPES S.A. Argentina, where they served as President and Co-founder/VP of the Earth Segment from 2007 to 2010. In their role as VP, they were responsible for designing teleports, project management, provision and turn-key installation of infrastructure and satellite-dedicated equipment in the CALA region. Andy also provided support to the ARSAT-1 project planning. In 2010, they joined Arsat, where they held the roles of Fiber Optics Deployment Manager, Project Manager - PMO, Satellite Program Project Manager, and Project Manager ARSAT-1. In 2018, they became the Chief Delivery Officer at Skyloom Global.

Andy Rodriguez completed their Master Executive in Strategic and Technological Management at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires in 2004. Prior to this, they obtained their Electronical Engineer degree from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata between 1988 and 1995, specializing in Telecommunications.
