Previously, Lisa held the position of Practice Manager at Skylos Sports Medicine from January 2018 and has a robust background with VCA, where responsibilities included Hospital Manager and Veterinary Technician Supervisor from April 2007 to November 2017. Lisa began their career as a Veterinary Technician at Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital from December 2003 to December 2006. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, completed in 2005.

Skylos Sports Medicine is a specialty practice within veterinary medicine that focuses on 3 main aspects of service: orthopedic surgery, sports medicine diagnostics and treatments for canine athletes and rehabilitation therapy for post-operative patients, athletes, and geriatric patients. Mission Skylos Sports Medicine believes there is an inner athlete in all dogs – and our mission is to restore and maintain the basic canine freedom to feel good and run hard. Whether a dog competes in a sport, plays in the back yard, or provides companionship to a family (and they often do it all!), they deserve the expertise of Skylos to provide healing and unleash their potential.
