Matilda Pilfalk

Matilda Pilfalk is the Head of Customer Experience at Skyltmax.se, SignMax AB, where they manage a team of 20 customer experience agents. Matilda previously held roles at SkandiaMäklarna and Mäklarhuset as a real estate agent, and studied real estate at Högskolan Väst. They served as Team Leader at ICA Maxi Göteborg, focusing on customer service and training. In spring 2024, Matilda successfully organized an organizational shift from a Customer Service department to a Customer Experience department at Skyltmax.se. They also pursued further education in leadership, quality, and improvement at Uppsala universitet.
