Leah Weiss, PhD, MSW

Leah Weiss, PhD, MSW has over a decade of professional experience in the field of education and organizational development. In 2019, they co-founded Skylyte, a company devoted to helping teams build resilience, reduce burnout, and improve performance through a combination of digital tools and expert coaching. Team Health Navigator was launched in October 2021 and has successfully onboarded 12 organizations with over 450 individual users to date. Skylyte was part of the Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator Class of 2023. From 2013-2014, they were a Lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business. From 2011-2014, they were a Principal Teacher of Compassion Cultivation Training and the Director of Education at Stanford University's CCARE. From 2014, they were the Director of Compassion Education & Scholarship at HopeLab.

Leah Weiss received their Bachelor's degree with High Honors in History from Stanford University in 2000. Leah then attended Boston College from 2008-2012, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Leah also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW).
