Prior to this role, Shane held multiple positions at Nordex Group from May 2020 to October 2025, including Continuous Improvement Project Manager, Recovery Project Manager, and Site Manager. A background as a Wind Turbine Technician at UpWind Solutions, Inc./Vestas from March 2016 to May 2020 and experience with Diamond WTG Engineering & Services, Inc. underscore expertise in wind energy technology. Shane's early career included impactful roles in the US Navy, focusing on quality assurance and leading maintenance teams for turboprop engines. Shane holds a Bachelor's and an Associate's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and completed foundational education in renewable energy at the Northwest Renewable Energy Institute.
