Customer Success Manager at Skymetrix

Roxana Celea is an experienced professional with over a decade of diverse expertise in customer success, technical support, and product management. Since June 2021, she has been working as a Customer Success Manager at Skymetrix, where she focuses on ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing product use.

Before joining Skymetrix, Roxana spent several years at FuelPlus Group, where she progressed through multiple roles. She started as a Service Desk Analyst in March 2015, providing user support, creating technical documentation, leading online meetings, and delivering product training. In December 2017, Roxana transitioned into a Product Specialist role, where she broadened her responsibilities by offering technical assistance and deepening her knowledge of software and hardware operations.

Earlier in her career, Roxana worked at Vodafone from November 2012 to March 2015. There, she supported online communities as a Forum and Social Media Support agent and served as an eForum Moderator for Vodafone's Data Center. Prior to this, she held various customer service roles within the company.

Roxana holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Systems in Business Administration from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics of Commerce, Tourism, and Services from Universitatea "George Barițiu" din Brașov (2007-2011). She is also a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) with Levels 1-3 accreditation from SuccessHACKER and has earned a CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness (CCSA), showcasing her commitment to data security best practices.
