Phunyezwa Mdlankomo

Phunyezwa Mdlankomo has extensive work experience in various training and coaching roles. Phunyezwa started their career as a Probation Coach at MBD Credit Solutions in 2009, where they were responsible for call listening, assessing performance, and providing coaching to agents. Phunyezwa then worked as a Senior Quality Assessor and Training Officer at Nimble Collection Services from 2010 to 2012, where they implemented quality processes, audited calls, and provided feedback and coaching to enhance performance.

In 2012, Phunyezwa joined RCS Group as a Call Centre Trainer and Technical and Functional Performance Coach. Phunyezwa facilitated training, evaluated assessments, provided feedback and coaching, and conducted monthly Training Needs Analysis reports. Phunyezwa also facilitated call calibration sessions and translated calls as needed.

From 2014 to 2015, Phunyezwa worked at 3 Way Marketing as a Quality Assurance and Performance Consultant, and at The Effectiveness Company as a Training/Project Coordinator. In 2015, they joined Core Group as an iStore Trainer, responsible for training employees.

Since 2017, Phunyezwa has been working at Skynamo: The Field Sales app as a Technical Product Training Specialist.

Phunyezwa Mdlankomo's education history begins with their most recent attainment in 2021 at the Enterprises University of Pretoria, where they studied Instructional Design Tools for e-Learning. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2019, Phunyezwa pursued a National Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices at Omni HR Consulting. In 2013 to 2014, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Phunyezwa also attended the College of Cape Town for an unspecified period of time before 2006 and graduated from Salt River High in 2003.

Additionally, Phunyezwa has acquired various certifications. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Instructional Design Tools for e-Learning from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. In 2020, they obtained a certification in COUNSELLING CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS from IAOTH Accredited Certificate, and a certification in Communicating with Confidence from LinkedIn. In 2018, Phunyezwa acquired a certification in Train the Trainer 101 from Udemy.
