Currently serving as the Loan Services Leader at SkyOne Federal Credit Union since September 2024, Lisa previously held multiple roles at Kinecta Federal Credit Union from April 2008 to October 2024, including Consumer Lending Operations Specialist III and Personal Financial Advisor, where significant contributions included developing policies and procedures for auto loan collateral and conducting User Acceptance Testing for new systems. Lisa's career began at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included analyzing dealer credit applications as a Consumer Loan Underwriter and advancing to Assistant Manager/Credit Manager. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from El Camino College.
