Melissa Choi

Melissa Choi is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Director of Member Experience and previously as the Director of Retail and Business Development at SkyOne Federal Credit Union since July 2019. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Kinecta Federal Credit Union from May 2006 to July 2019, including Sr. Retail Services Manager and Retail Service Supervisor, demonstrating a strong background in business development and member services. Melissa Choi earned a Marketing Certificate from UCLA Extension and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from the University of Redlands, as well as an Associate of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Brooks College.
