Louise Gauffin has a wealth of experience in the business industry. Louise is currently the CEO/Chief Executive Officer of Skyqraft, a visual data analytics provider, and the Founder of Antler. Louise was previously Vice President at EF Education First from 2013 to 2021, where they helped the global recruitment team more effectively attract, find and hire the best candidates from around the world. From 2009 to 2013, they held the roles of Global Business Development Manager and Director of Operations, Asia and EMEA at EF Corporate Solutions. From 2006 to 2009, they were the Project Director, CEO Office and Associate Director of Systems, Operations & Support at EF English First, where they implemented new business operating systems, provided training in the use of the applications, reviewed all business processes affected by the system and reengineered and optimized workflow and business processes. Louise also held the role of Board Director, Young Professionals at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China from 2006 to 2009, where they were responsible for organizing numerous business and social events for the organization's members.

Louise Gauffin began their educational journey in 1999, when they obtained a Diploma in French from Université Paris-Sorbonne. Louise then went on to study Mandarin Chinese at Peking University from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Diploma. In 2002, Louise began studying Economics and East Asian Studies at Uppsala University, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in 2005. That same year, they also earned a Master's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Stockholm University.
