James Panting

James Panting is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Skyral. Prior to this, James held the same position at Improbable and the UK Ministry of Defence. Their experience includes leading the delivery of Counter Intelligence IT systems and services for the UK MOD, as well as supporting the delivery of new synthetic training systems for the UK Armed Forces. James started their career as a Graduate Engineer, completing the DESG Graduate Engineering Scheme. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from the University of Brighton and a Postgraduate Certificate in Defence Equipment Engineering from Cranfield University.
