Niladri Bhusan Mohapatra

Niladri Bhusan Mohapatra is a skilled Propulsion and CFD Engineer at Skyroot Aerospace since December 2021, specializing in liquid rocket engine development, including both cryogenic and earth-storable propulsion systems. Key responsibilities encompass chemical kinetics modeling, 3D spray combustion modeling, and the conceptual design of a 3D-printed torch igniter for a Methalox engine, alongside generating design reports and conducting CFD analysis on various components. Prior to this, Mohapatra worked as a CFD Engineer at the Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL) within DRDO, focusing on combustion CFD modeling.
