Debbie Morisie, SPHR

Debbie Morisie, SPHR, has been working in the Human Resources field since 1984. Debbie started their career with The Nielsen Company as a Sr. Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for HR functions for multiple business units with 750+ associates. In 2000, they moved to Scarborough Research as SVP, Human Resources, where they created and built a high-performing HR team and was responsible for talent and leadership development. In 2014, they joined Nielsen as Global Leader of Human Resources for Gracenote and Sr. Vice President Human Resources, where they were responsible for the HR integration for Arbitron and Scarborough into the Nielsen business post acquisition and site leader for the Nielsen Columbia office. Currently, they are the Head of People at Skyryse, developing FlightOS, the world's first universal flight deck and operating system.

Debbie Morisie, SPHR obtained their Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the New York Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998. Debbie also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
