Stephanie Smith

In addition to her roles as a program manager and clinical supervisor for a youth services organization, Stephanie provides family coaching for Sky’s the Limit Fund. She received her Master in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University in 2016 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. Following the completion of her MSW, she completed two years of addiction counselor training and in 2020 became a Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado. Stephanie worked as Field Guide, Admissions Counselor, and Family Services Guide at a nationally known wilderness therapy program for six years. Through her wilderness experience, Stephanie has an understanding of the challenges families face when their children return home. As a past facilitator of parent support groups, she focuses on tools to improve communication, active listening and boundaries through collaboration, encouragement and feedback. Stephanie looks forward to helping uncover strategies that are appropriate to each family to cultivate a healthy family system.
