Alastair Cockrem

Alastair Cockrem serves as the People Strategy Lead at Skyscanner since July 2021, where responsibilities include developing HR strategy and overseeing strategic HR projects to enhance career growth and performance within the organization. Previously, Alastair held the position of Head of Executive Search at Skyscanner, focusing on high-level recruitment for Director, VP, and CxO roles globally. Prior to joining Skyscanner, Alastair was a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at Carbon Search from September 2017 to June 2021, specializing in the recruitment of senior leaders at the Board and CEO levels. Alastair began with Carbon as an Associate after several years of collaboration while attending university. Alastair holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Exeter.
