Rachel Reilly

Rachel Reilly is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in talent management and people services. Having held various roles, Rachel served as a People Advisor and Senior Talent Executive at Skyscanner from December 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, Rachel worked as a People Associate at The Faraday Grid and gained experience at TSB Bank as an HR Insights Analyst and Payroll Administrator. Earlier positions include an HR Assistant at NHS Education for Scotland and a Recruitment and Retention Assistant at Children's Hearings Scotland. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Abertay University.
