Diana Forgione

Diana Forgione is the current General Counsel at Skyservice Business Aviation. Prior to their current role, they served as Vice President of Contracts at SuperJet International from October 2008 to June 2015. In this role, Diana was responsible for establishing the commercial contracts department, developing contractual documentation, and leading a cross-functional negotiation team. As a result of their efforts, SuperJet successfully signed its first firm purchase agreement with a North American customer valued at over US$900M.

In their previous role as Commercial Manager at Atomic Energy of Canada, Diana was responsible for overseeing and leading the structuring, drafting, negotiation and management of commercial contract activities related to the sale, lease and continued operation of the Sukhoi Superjet aircraft. During their time in this role, they successfully negotiated a purchase, framework and future cooperation agreement worth over US$300M with an industry leader in the corporate business jet market.

Diana Forgione has a LLB from the University of Manitoba and an Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.

They are on a team with Bill Olsen - Chief Operating Officer, Vanessa Engel - Vice President, Marketing & Customer Engagement, and Paul Weeks - Vice President, Maintenance. Their manager is Benjamin J. Murray, President & Chief Executive Officer.
