Koji Fujimoto, PHRca has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2009, Fujimoto began working as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor for the California Coalition for Youth, providing support and counseling to at-risk youth. During this time, they also served as a Human Resources Intern, creating internship procedures and learning objectives for future interns, conducting interviews and screenings, and streamlining volunteer filing systems.

In 2010, Fujimoto joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they oversaw daily operations, fleet management, marketing, and employee development. Koji successfully increased income and fleet size through effective marketing strategies and strengthened business relationships with key accounts.

In 2011, Fujimoto joined Ultimate Staffing Services as a Business Solutions Manager, specializing in recruiting for various industries such as engineering, construction, mortgage, technology, legal, marketing, and human resources.

From 2012 to 2015, Fujimoto worked at Summit Funding as a Lead HR Generalist, where they handled day-to-day operations of the HR department, including employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, workers compensation, safety, contracts, and compensation. Koji also played a key role in streamlining processes and systems during the company's significant growth.

Since 2015, Fujimoto has been with SkySlope, initially as a Manager of People & Experiences (HR) and later promoted to Director of People & Experiences (HR). In these roles, they have been responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Koji Fujimoto, PHRca, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in Human Resources. Koji obtained their PHR - CA (Professional in Human Resources) certification from HRCI in April 2013 and acquired their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in November 2015.
