Rashael Parker has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Rashael began their career as a Production Assistant at KNVN-TV, where they handled data entry, graphics for on-air news, and operated cameras. Rashael then worked as a Graphic Designer at KNVN-TV and KHSL-TV, where they assisted in developing the Graphic Design Department and created graphics for news, weather, sports, and promotions.
Afterwards, Rashael joined KCRA-TV as a Traffic Assistant responsible for managing commercial copy, maintaining material libraries, and updating forms and signage. Rashael then transitioned to the role of Graphic Artist at Ride! Magazine, where they designed client magazine advertisements, produced promotional advertisements, and assisted with layout.
In 2007, Rashael started working at Studio66 Design as a Designer and later became a Creative Director. Rashael'sresponsibilities included project management for UX/UI design, print design, branding, web development, and advertisement campaigns. Rashael also managed client relations and led a creative team.
In 2011, Rashael joined Sierra Industrial Group as the Director of Marketing and Communications and later became the Chief Marketing Officer. In these roles, they spearheaded the development and management of online assets, executed marketing strategies, and supported brand strategy and business development goals.
In 2016, Rashael transitioned to SBM Management Services, LP as the Director of UX/UI, where they guided a team of designers and created seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Rashael then worked at Raley's as the Director of Advertising and Creative, leading a diverse team of creatives and collaborating with stakeholders to develop creative solutions and brand guidelines.
Afterwards, Rashael joined SMUD as a UX/UI Designer, responsible for driving user experience across the product portfolio and advancing UX methods and design systems.
Currently, Rashael is the Director of Product Design & Marketing at SkySlope, where they oversee product design and marketing teams. Rashael'srole involves driving user experience, bridging business and user insights, and implementing lean and agile development methods.
Rashael Parker attended California State University, Chico from 2000 to 2003 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Design. Rashael then continued their education at California State University-Sacramento from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design.
