Arnaud Thézé

Arnaud Thézé is currently the Head of Software Factory at SkySoft-ATM, where he is responsible for leading processes across all business units and the strategic objective of the One Software Factory. He also manages teams for safety-critical applications requirements and tests, development of tools for automation, integration platforms, and simulators, automation testing strategies and development, and continuous integration and testing of flight data processing systems. Prior to his current role, Arnaud worked at Belgocontrol as Air Traffic Control - CANAC² ATS/Maintenance IT Support, where he developed maintenance support tools, trouble reports management chain, ATC workload analyzer, statistics and investigation website, and ATC simulator tools. He also served as the Senior Technical Project Manager and Air Traffic Management Automation System Expert. Arnaud's experience also includes working at Thales as a Software Engineer and at Aerospatiale and Motorola China in various engineering roles. He holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers.
