Bo Ghirardelli is the Co-Founder & CEO at Sky's The Limit and has an extensive background in small business development. Bo spent two years as a Small Business Development Consultant with the Peace Corps where they provided financing, planning, marketing, and expansion services to small businesses through the Moroccan Ministry of Artisans and Tourism. During this time, Bo also launched and grew the Youth Cooperative in Agriculture, which provided employment for regional young adults and expanded production to five different types of livestock, two types of produce, and three types of fruit within two years.
In 2011, Bo co-founded the Imouzzer-Kandar Agricultural Cooperative, an award-winning social enterprise that creates jobs and provides access to scarce proteins in the Middle Atlas region of Morocco. The Cooperative's food sales include cows, goats, honey, milk, chickens, eggs, rabbits, pheasant, and sheep. As one of two founders, Bo planned, financed, launched, co-managed, and staffed the agricultural cooperative that employs 27 people, primarily low-income young mothers.
Bo Ghirardelli earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus in NGO and Non-Profit Management from the University of Washington. They also have a B.A in French and International Affairs from the University of Puget Sound. In addition, Bo Ghirardelli has a teaching credential in Education from California State University-Dominguez Hills. Finally, Bo Ghirardelli studied French at Université de Bourgogne. Bo Ghirardelli's high school education was completed at Saint Mary's College High School.
