Chad leads the Managed Services team, which is responsible for supporting the wide array of services SkyTerra architects for its clients. Though his leadership and experience using ITIL and Agile frameworks and processes, he is working to scale the Managed Services department to support more of our clients’ needs. Chad joined SkyTerra in February 2020.
