Frank Rhodes II has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries. Frank began their career at Target in 2008 as a Barista and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Frank served as the Maintenance Manager at Chick-Fil-A, where they managed preventative and repair maintenance, led restaurant shifts, and implemented organizational and inventory systems. In 2012, they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Permaswage.

In 2013, Frank returned to Permaswage as a Quality Assurance Intern, where they designed an inspection system that reduced inspection time and led design reviews for implementation. Frank then joined R. H. Peterson in 2014 as an Associate Engineer, leading product improvement efforts and designing a new direct vent fireplace. At Advance Storage Products, Frank held multiple roles, including Junior Engineer, Engineer, and Mechanical Team Lead, from 2015 to 2022. Their responsibilities included designing racking systems, developing and maintaining ACAD template standards, and providing field support.

In 2020, Frank joined Advance Storage Automation as a Mechanical Team Lead, and in 2022, they joined skyTran as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Frank also obtained an Engineering-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification from the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists in July 2013.
