Oksana Dymchenko currently serves as a Senior HR Admin Manager at SkyUp Airlines since May 2019 and also leads the Labor Relations Team for both SkyUp Airlines and JOIN UP! Since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Labor Relations Team Lead at Туроператор Join UP!, Deputy Manager HR at VFS Global, HR Administrator at PJSC Bank Ukrainian Capital, and a Human Resources Specialist at ПАО Банк «ТРАСТ». Oksana's career began as a HR manager at Gas Ukraina - 2020 and included significant responsibilities in personnel management and payroll processing at PJSC "Terra Bank" and ООО "Агростройпереработка -ЛТД". Oksana holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship from the Kiev State Academy of Water Transport and an Associate degree in Accounting from the Kiev Transport and Economic College.
