Dean Estrada

Dean Estrada has over 25 years of experience in finance and operations. Dean began their career in 1995 as a Senior Treasury Analyst at Foothill Capital. In 1996, they moved to Castle & Cooke, Inc. as Vice President and Treasurer, where they were responsible for multiple financial and operational roles for corporate and portfolio companies. In 2003, they joined Platinum Equity as Vice President, Corporate Finance, and was responsible for leading due diligence teams and creating summary overviews of transactions to attract investors and lenders. In 2005, they took on the role of Senior Vice President at PGP Capital Advisors, LLC, where they were responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and structuring mergers, acquisitions, sales, and financing for a diverse client base. In 2006, they joined Clarey Capital as SVP Acquisitions & Investments, where they were responsible for sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and structuring potential investments and acquisitions. In 2013, they became a Managing Consultant at Profit Recovery Partners. In 2016, they joined Genos Capital as Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for the strategy and finances of the portfolio companies. In 2020, they began their current role as Managing Director - Operations / Capital Markets at Skyview Capital, where they lead all areas of portfolio operations and capital markets activity.

Dean Estrada obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine in 1987. In 1993, they obtained a Certified Cash Manager (CCM) certification from the Treasury Management Association.
