Michael Peters

Michael Peters has worked in the film and television industry for over 20 years. Michael started their career as a writer's assistant on the popular sitcom "Will & Grace" before moving on to work as an assistant to writer/directors Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont at Columbia Pictures. From there, they transitioned into production, working first as a key office production assistant at Regent Entertainment and then as executive in charge of production at Michael Trikilis Productions. In 2004, they began working as director of production/finance at 20th Century Fox Television, where they oversaw the production of numerous TV shows and films. In 2010, they left Fox to become production manager at The Big Picture Film & Video Arts, Inc., and then in 2011 they joined Lucasfilm Animation as senior production accountant. Michael has been with Skywalker Sound since 2012 and is currently the director of production finance & planning.

Michael Peters has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
