Cathia Castany

Cathia Castany has extensive experience in insurance accounting, currently serving as the Director of Insurance Accounting at Skyward Specialty Insurance since November 2014, where previous roles included Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, and Staff Accountant. Prior to this, Cathia held positions as Lead Reinsurance Analyst and Associate Reinsurance Analyst at Tokio Marine HCC from May 2012 to November 2014. Additionally, an internship at MassMutual took place in May 2011. Cathia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston, completing the degree in 2012.
