Heather Arias

Heather Arias has extensive experience in the insurance industry, serving as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Skyward Specialty Insurance from August 2019 to July 2024, and previously holding the positions of Senior Vice President & Chief Claims Counsel and Vice President & Chief Claims Counsel. Prior to this, Heather worked at Scottsdale Insurance Company from November 2004 to August 2019, where roles included Technical Consultant and Claim Specialist. Additional experience includes serving as an Attorney at O'Connor & Campbell for nearly a year. Heather holds a Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Notre Dame de Namur University.
