Shwetha Genu Prabhakar

Shwetha Genu Prabhakar is a seasoned professional in data analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Technical Lead at Skyward Specialty Insurance since April 2022. Previous experience includes roles at Argo Group from June 2011 to April 2022, where Shwetha held positions such as Data Reporting Lead, Data Warehouse and Analytics Lead, and Data Warehouse Engineer. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Accenture from July 2006 to December 2010, where Shwetha progressed from Associate Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. Shwetha holds a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2023, and previously obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Mangala Institute of Management Studies.
