Sapir Nagar has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they began as a Logistics Officer for the IDF. In 2014, they began working as an Office Manager for Mayevsky, specializing in Retail Recruitment. In 2018, they worked as an Office Manager & HR Admin for Indeni, a growing start-up developing a crowd-sourced automation platform. In 2019, they began working as a Career Coordinator for Tel Aviv University, as well as a People & Business Operations Manager and HR & Office Manager for VOOM Insurance, a fast-growing InsurTech startup providing smart insurance solutions for underserved Mobility segments. In 2020, they began working as an HR & Business Operations Manager for SkyWatch.AI, the #1 on-demand drone insurance provider.

Sapir Nagar attended Tel Aviv University from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Labor studies in the field of Social Sciences.
