David Proulx

David Proulx is currently the CPO at SkyWatch. Prior to joining SkyWatch, David served as Vice President, Product Management, UIS at FLIR Systems from March 2019 to January 2022. In this role, David was responsible for product management and marketing for FLIR's thermal imaging, visible-light imaging, video analytics, measurement and diagnostic, and advanced threat detection systems.

Before their time at FLIR Systems, David was the Senior Director, BBM Business Development at RIM from January 2001 to June 2014. In this role, David was responsible for business development for RIM's BlackBerry Messenger platform.

In addition to their work in the private sector, David has also served as an Executive Mentor at Laurier LaunchPad from May 2014 to December 2014. In this role, David provided mentorship and guidance to startup companies.

David Proulx reports to James Slifierz, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Joni Morgenroth - Director of Sales Emerging Markets, Liz Bourgault - Product Manager, and Joel Cumming - Chief Technology Officer.
