Gloria Herrera is the Human Resources & Office Manager at SkyWatch where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s organizational development and culture strategy, staff recruitment, health and safety, social events and office administration.

Gloria worked with reputable natural resource, lottery and coffee companies in Canada, Honduras and Nicaragua. She brings over a decade of experience to SkyWatch. She has an MBA with a focus in HR. She is Honduran and if you speak Spanish to her, she is your new friend.

In addition to her work with SkyWatch, Gloria is a member of the Human Resources Association (a Grand River affiliate chapter). In her spare time, Gloria has volunteered at Thrift on Kent, a network of stores owned by the MCC in Kitchener, Ontario. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as being adventurous getting to know new places and people.
