Brady Olson is a seasoned professional in the accounting and finance recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director of Accounting & Finance Recruiting at SkyWater Search Partners since December 2013. Under Brady Olson's leadership, SkyWater has achieved recognition as the #1 Executive Search firm in Minnesota, specializing in connecting companies with top talent. Prior to this role, Brady Olson was a Senior Associate at The TEGRA Group, a corporate real estate consulting firm focused on tenant and owner's representation, as well as a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier experiences include working as a Wrangler at Philmont Scout Ranch and Deer Valley Ranch. Brady Olson holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bethel University and is a graduate of Hopkins High School.
