Josh Schneider

Josh Schneider is a seasoned professional in accounting and finance recruitment, currently serving as Practice Director at SkyWater Search Partners since January 2013. With a background that includes roles from Associate to Senior Group Director at SkyWater, Josh has developed expertise in specialized recruitment services. Previous experience includes a position as a Finance Recruiter at McKinley Finance, where Josh contributed to the firm’s top ranking in executive search within Minnesota. Prior to that, Josh held auditing roles at Ceridian as a Senior Internal Auditor and at Schechter Dokken Kanter as a Senior Accountant. Josh holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, obtained in 2007.
