Lindsay Dubbeldee

Lindsay Dubbeldee has extensive work experience in the field of executive search and recruitment. Lindsay is currently working at SkyWater Search Partners as the Managing Director for Accounting & Finance Executive Search, a role they started in November 2022. Prior to this, Lindsay worked at SkyWater Search Partners as the Senior Group Director for Accounting & Finance Permanent Search from October 2018 to November 2022. Lindsay also has experience as the Managing Director for Accounting & Finance Permanent Search at Parker and Lynch, where they worked from December 2006 to October 2018. Before entering the executive search industry, Lindsay gained initial professional experience as a Sales Intern at Moore Wallace, where they supported the team in building new business and developing business plans. Lindsay also has a unique work experience as the Chief Stewardess on the M/Y Inception, a celebrity motor yacht, from October 2010 to May 2012, where they traveled the world and gained valuable personal and professional experiences.

Later, they enrolled in St. Catherine University and completed a double major in Sales (B-2-B) and Communication in 2006.
