Paul Beard

Paul Beard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. As the Co-Founder and Partner at SkyWater Search Partners since January 2013, Beard has emphasized specialized recruitment and representation services, serving the unique needs of clients and candidates. Previously, Beard served as President & CEO of McKinley Group from March 2003 until its dissolution in December 2012, after which a portion of the company transitioned to SkyWater. Beard's career began at Hayden & Associates, where they became the youngest Vice President at age 23, overseeing the entire operation and building strong relationships that continue to influence the team at SkyWater. Beard holds an education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
