Zac Kallas

Zac Kallas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zac began their career in 2012 as an Operations Coordinator at Winmark Corporation, where they provided operational consulting and support to Play It Again Sports stores in the US and Canada. Zac worked on expanding the scope of used categories within the Play It Again Sports brand and supported franchisees in areas such as marketing, customer communication, merchandising, and product trends.

In 2013, Zac was promoted to Field Operations Manager at Winmark Corporation. In this role, they provided business operations consulting to Play It Again Sports franchisees in a designated region of over 40 stores. Zac focused on improving the operational and financial performance of each franchisee and contributed to the region and brand growth through workshops, training seminars, webinars, and collaborations with other Field Operations Managers.

In 2014, Zac joined SkyWater Search Partners as a Senior Associate Recruiter. SkyWater Search Partners specializes in "short list" search and offers specialized recruitment and representation services tailored to clients' specific needs. Zac's roles at SkyWater included Group Director and later Senior Group Director, where they led practice areas such as Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Engineering & Operations/Supply Chain, Consumer Packaged Goods, Human Resources, Legal, Construction, and Financial Services. Their responsibilities included understanding client requirements, qualifying candidates, and facilitating successful placements within the Twin Cities business community.

Zac Kallas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Augustana University (SD). Zac has also pursued further education in Spanish and Business at Universidad Pablo de Olavide. In addition to their academic background, Zac has obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias from ADP and Profit Mastery from Profit Mastery University in 2013.
