Terran Salbego, MA, LPC, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Skyway Behavioral Health since May 2021, bringing extensive experience in operations management within behavioral health and senior living sectors. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Behavioral Health and Regional Director of Operations at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC., and Autumn Leaves Memory Care, where notable achievements included the successful opening of an Alzheimer’s and dementia assisted living community and maintaining significant budgetary control with a net operating income of 90% or better since 2013. With a strong foundation in social services from Alden Lakeland and expertise in mindfulness programming through Mindful Connections, Terran Salbego also holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology - Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both contributing to a well-rounded approach to leadership in healthcare settings.
